The Doctors’ Welfare Interest Group’s (DWIG) purpose is to provide a forum for health services across WA to address matters concerning doctors’ welfare including:
To discuss and share ideas on doctors’ welfare initiatives
To understand current wellbeing concerns and strategies being used to address them
To develop recommendations and provide advice to address doctors’ welfare issues.
