After your second or third survey, the lead surveyors will make a recommendation to the Accreditation and Standards Committee regarding your suitability for progressing to a support surveyor and you will be notified of the outcome.
Provide considerable contributions to:
Interviews
Report writing
Support and coach the trainee surveyor, with regular check ins
Support the Lead particularly in the end of survey debrief with Executive
Work with the Lead to handle sensitive issues.
Have a thorough understanding of the process of PMCWA accreditation
DURING SURVEY
Introduce:
Confidentiality
The PMCWA and what the accreditation process is
Survey team
Take a lead in the interviews to ensure
Surveyors have an accurate understanding of the issues discussed
All interviewees have their say
All surveyors are provided the opportunity to contribute to questions
Sensitive issues are managed (PMCWA will notify you prior to the survey of any sensitive issues which may need attention)
Take a lead in the wrap up at the end of the day including
Survey team debrief
Summary to Executive Group
Provide support to the surveyors as required including
Clarity on any potential conflicts of interest
Feedback on performance of the surveyors
Coaching trainee and support surveyors
Ensure all relevant information is obtained and discussed throughout the interviews including issues which have either come up in previous surveys, noticed as an issue when reviewing the survey paperwork, or any specific issues requested by PMCWA.
AFTER SURVEY
Coordinate report writing:
Allocate tasks to the team and provide expected timeframes
Follow up with surveyors to provide support and ensure tasks are completed
